Alvin Stothers

Alvin Stothers, 90, of Conroe, Texas passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2015. He was born on Saturday, September 19, 1925 in Mooretown, Canada to James Stothers and Elvina Adams Stothers, both of whom have preceded him in death. Alvin was also preceded in death by his son, Roy Stothers, daughter, Brenda Stothers, brothers, Jack Stothers, James Stothers, Harrison Stothers, Charles Stothers, sisters, Martha, Mary, Jane, Charlotte, Mother of his children, Ellen Stothers. Left to cherish his memory is his loving Spouse Alma Stothers; two daughters, Pat Martin and husband Keith, Barb Vande Velde and husband Ray; son, Rick Stothers and wife Donna; step-children; Johnny, Jimmy, Jean, Carolyn, Donna, and David; grandchildren, Stephanie, Bruce, Scott, Sherri, Jennifer, Alan, Tyson, Katie & Kori Ann; great-grandchildren, Cory, Jacob, Samantha, Hannah, Alex, Elizabeth, Jenna, Cohan; Special nieces; Thelma Lewis, Fern Bimeler & husband Dean; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Alvin will be held at Neal Funeral Home on October 10, 2015 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm. Chad Sangster officiating.
