Betty Sue Reid

Betty Sue Reid, 81, of Splendora, Texas, passed away on Saturday,
May 13, 2017. She was born on Wednesday, December 18, 1935, in Italy , Texas, to Conrad Peacock and Susie (Muirhead) Peacock, both of whom have preceded her in death. Betty was also preceded in death by her husband, Marion "Shorty" Reid; daughter, Kathy Swarthout. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Janie Graham; son, Randy Reid and wife Brenda; brother, Kenneth Peacock and wife Patty; niece, Tanya LaBorde; nephew, Kenneth Peacock, II; grandchildren, Trelisa and fianc`e Wayne, Jason Amburn, Daisy and husband Derrick, Josh and wife Mary, Jennifer and husband Scotty, Kansas Senn, Stephanie and husband Ryan, Shane and wife Melissa; great-grandchildren, Jerry, Wynter, Summer, Brandon, Kevin, Kelli, Shelli, Anthony, Peyton, Meygan, Michael, Cheyenne, Colby, Ethan, Haily, RaeLynn, Gavin, Emalyn, Jacob, Anthony, Logan, Brandie, Cheslie, Jordan, Kody, Cadie, Jacob, Collin, Allison; great-great-grandchild, Evelyn Jones; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Betty will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Sunday, May 21, 2017, from 3:00 pm. to 6:00 pm. Funeral services for Betty will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Monday, May 22, 2017, at 10:00 am. Interment for Betty will immediately follow at Splendora City Cemetery. Brother Kerry Baxley officiating.
