Billie Fay Nichols

Billie Fay Nichols, 87, of Groveton, Texas passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2016 She was born on Saturday, May 5, 1928 in Dallas County, Texas to Alford Coy Carter and Onie Lee (Buchannan) Carter, both of whom have preceded her in death. Billie was also preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Clark Nichols, Sr., daughter, Glenda Fay Nichols, step-sons, Ronnie Nichols and Tommy Nichols, brothers, Bobby Carter, Doyle Carter, Ceburn Carter and Obel Carter, sisters, Estelle Williams and Novell Arnold.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving children, Clark Nichols and Susan, Bobby Nichols and wife Linda, Molly Wooten and husband Foster; grandchildren, Terra Nichols, Cody Nichols, Debbie Tamez and husband Manuel, Ryan Nichols, Chris Nichols, Michael Morgan and wife Patricia; great-grandchildren, Lexi Tamez, Christian Nichols, Ganon Nichols, Ava Nichols, and Amber Sheridan; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends.

Visitation for Billie will be held at Neal Funeral Home on February 18, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral Services for will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 12:00 pm. Interment for Billie will immediately follow at Rosewood Cemetery, Porter, Texas. Pastor Jerry Hovater, officiating.
