Billy Leon Copeland 71, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2013 in . He was born on Monday, February 23, 1942 in Cleveland, Texas to L.M. "Elmer" Copeland and Katie Almeda Burton Copeland, both of whom have preceded him in death. Billy was also preceded in death by his brothers, LB Copeland, Nelson Copeland and John "Eddie" Copeland; sisters, Bevlia Eaton, and Wylene Riggs; grandchild, Jeremy Ellis; Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Nancy Copeland; his beloved daughters, Bridgette DeJon and husband Ricky of Tarkington, TX, Tonya Simmons of Corrigan, TX and Cindy Ellis of Cleveland, TX; grandchildren, Acandice and Shane Lee, Casey Ray DeJon, Erika Simmons and Gary Horn, Markie Simmons, Jarid and Ashley Ellis; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Lee, Colby Lee, Blaine Lee, Weston Lee, Kaidin Horn, Jaidin Horn, Zaidin Horn, Naya Horn, Ryder Ellis, along with numerous nieces, nephews and other treasured family and friends. A memorial service will be held in Billy's honor on Sunday, April 7, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home Chapel 3:00 p.m.
