Billy was born Tuesday, September 27, 1966, in Denton, Texas to Ernest and Carol Schleinat Jenkins.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Melanie Jenkins; parents Carol and Ernest Jenkins; daughters Elizabeth Marie Jenkins, Karrie Ann Jenkins, Jasmine Renee Bourque; son Cory Allen Jenkins; brothers Troy Jenkins and wife Shana, Sean Clubb; sisters Cindy Jenkins, Melissa Wallace and husband Ricky; grandchildren Mason, Lillith, and Ryan.

Visitation for Billy will be held Sunday, November 4, 2012 from 12 pm to 2 pm at Neal Funeral Home. Service for Billy will commence at 2 pm. Officiating is Bro Jason Pennington. Interment to follow in the Cleveland Memorial Park Cemetery. All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
