Billy Smith, 66, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. He was born on Thursday, May 10, 1951, in Bolivar, Tennessee, to Joseph Cleveland Smith and Gladys Inez (Burns) Smith. Billy was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Cleveland Smith; 2 brothers; 3 sisters. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Thelma Smith; sons, Billy Chadwick Smith and wife Amy, Bradley Lamar Smith and wife Sherri; daughter, Sherry Davis; mother, Gladys Queen and husband Marion; step-children, David Davis, Jimmy Davis, Thelma Duncan and husband Larry, Billy Wayne Duncan, Samantha Duncan, Amanda Duncan, Erin Duncan, Claycie Davis and Trish Avery; brothers, Eddie Smith, Bobby Smith, Donald Smith; grandchildren, Tanner Whitfield, Chilton Whitfield-Smith, Cody Duncan, Cherie Duncan, Coby Duncan; great-grandchildren, Evin McAdams, Joey McAdams, Bradly McAdams, Kyra McAdams, Alarik Duncan, Bradin Duncan, Camarie Duncan, Josalyn Duncan, Koby Duncan, Arial Duncan; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. A memorial service will be held for Billy at Neal Funeral Home, on Saturday, May 27, 2017, at 1:00 p.m.
