Bobby Edwin Hodgin

Bobby Edwin Hodgin, 81, of Romayor, Texas passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 in Conroe, Texas. He was born on Friday, June 10, 1932 in Franklin, North Carolina. Bobby was preceded in death by both his parents, Alex Hodgin and Oma (Mills) Hodgin; his son, David Hodgin; sister, Sue Mosely; Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 13 years Jane Hodgin; sons, Rodney Hodgin and wife Ruth, Alvin Hodgin and wife Sonia; daughters, Kathy Sessions and husband Steve and Jeanette Green; brother, Garland Butler and wife Helen; sister, Jessie Doyal; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Bobby was the Commander of VFW Post 8953 in Romayor, Texas for 12 years and was instrumental in the building of VFW Post 8790 in Houston, Texas. There will be a viewing held for Bobby on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home, Cleveland Texas from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. There will be a luncheon at the VFW Post 8953 in Romayor after the visitation.
