Cathy Marie Martin

Cathy Marie Martin, 63, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2017. She was born on Sunday, April 4, 1954, in Corpus Christi, Texas, to Johnny Leroy Etie and Ollie Marie (Hedrick) Sloan. Cathy was preceded in death by her mother, Ollie Marie (Hedrick) Sloan; step-daughter, Angel Chatman; granddaughter, Ryleigh Kendall Wells. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 40 years, Hank Martin; father, Johnny Leroy Etie; daughters, Christy Wheeler and husband Vance, Misty Fellows and husband George, Ashley Wells and husband Michael, Deidra Wilson and husband J.R.; grandchildren, Shea Fellows, Andrew Fellows, Britney Lorenzo, Alexis Wheeler, Brandi Chatman, Breana Wheeler, Mackenzie Wells, Garrett Wells, Lee, Alexis and Bentley Wilson; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Cathy will be held at Rural Shade Baptist Church, on Friday, May 12, 2017, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Funeral services for Cathy will commence at 11:00 am. Interment for Cathy will immediately follow at Oakshade Cemetery. Reverend Brad Dancer officiating.
