Charles Raymond Hanley "Brother Chuck" entered the gates of heaven on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at the age of 66. He was born on May 28, 1957 in Lexington, Kentucky to Jerold and Walta Gilliam Hanley. Brother Chuck worked in construction and was an auto mechanic, but his passion was preaching. He became ordained in 2007. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Brother Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, along with James Bishop, Donna Eades, Gary Eades, Mary Ann Woodard Glenda Presley Hattfield, Timmy Joe Hanley, and Wayne Cruchelow. Those left to cherish his memories are his loving wife, Edna Mae Lilleux Hanley; children, Charles and wife Jennifer Andrews, Lois Mize and husband Adam Price, and Bambi and husband Rusty Fulk; grandchildren, Maegan, Miranda, Dustin, Holli, Cameron, and Marion; great-grandchildren, Johnathan, Natlie, Maliki, Joseph, and Leevi; siblings, Jerry Hanley and Andrea Collins; and a host of loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Brother Chuck will be held on Monday, February 12, 2024 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Neal Funeral Home. A service of remembrance will be held on Monday, February 12, 2024 at 3:00 pm at Neal Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Brown officiating.
