Chase Anthony Caldwell

Chase Anthony Caldwell, 21, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2013 in Splendora, Texas. Chase was a gifted in so many areas, he was loved by all that knew him and he will be truly missed. He was born on Sunday, July 14, 1991 in Humble, Texas to Mark Caldwell and Angela Marie (Price) Hoffart. Chase was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jesse Caldwell and his uncle, Bobby Price and uncle, Leroy Namken; Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Mariah Caldwell; son, Clayton Anthony Caldwell; mother and stepfather, Angela Hoffart and husband Michael; father, Mark Caldwell, brothers, Tyler Caldwell and Ryan Hoffart; sisters, Autum Howard and husband James, Heather Hoffart; Sydney, Kaleb and Casie Everitt; grandparents, Fred and Linda Price, Jackie and Dennis Barfield, Mike and Dianne Hoffart and Linda Caldwell; nieces and nephews, Savannah Howard, Gunner Howard, Christopher Birkenfeld; and Jordan Gomez. Numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, family and treasured friends. Visitation for Chase will be held at Neal Funeral Home on May 22, 2013 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral Services for Chase will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 pm. Burial for Chase will immediately follow at Morgan Cemetery officiating, Reverend Walter Kahler. All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
