Cheri "Sherry" Lynn Varnado

Cheri "Sherry" Varnado, 55, of Shepherd, TX. passed away on October 24, 2014 , in Shepherd, TX. She was born on Friday, April 18, 1959 in Abilene, Texas. Cheri was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Scott Buff. Left to cherish her memory is her loving mother, Jacqulin Marie Jordan; her companion of 16 years, Jerry Swanson; four daughters, Kristi Summers and husband John, Tarah Cornish and finance" Anthony Robbins, Heather Swanson and fiancé' Johnny Ray Turner, Miranda Swanson and fiancé' Chris Hawthorne; sister, Lincy Sprang of Atascocita, TX; seven grandchildren, Matthew Summers, Zachery Summers, Taurean Turner, Aeszyiah Hawthorne, Taevyn Hawthorne, Taeyiah Hawthorne, Kashyias Hawthorne; her beloved dog Socks; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Cheri will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Sunday October 26, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00pm. Graveside Service will be held on Monday October 27, 2014 at 11:00 am at Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska, TX. All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
