Cliffton Andrew "Cookie" Goolsby

Cliffton "Cookie" Andrew Goolsby, 60, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2017. He was born on Sunday, September 9, 1956 in Galveston, Texas to Marshall Cleon Goolsby and Geneva Alge (Vickers) Goolsby, both of whom have preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Danny Frank "PeeWee" Goolsby. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Catherine "Cathy" Goolsby; daughters, Katrena Burks and husband Derick, Cassanda Lefler and Mike McCluskey; sons, Cliffton Andrew Goolsby, Jr. and Lisa Dennis, George "Chip" Lefler, Michael Monahan; brother, Marshall "Buddy" Goolsby; sisters, Mary Baker, Bobbie Jean White and husband Jim, Susie Sosa and husband George; grandchildren, Kasey and Derick Burks, Sasha Goolsby, George "Charlie"Charles Lefler, IV, Caeley Lefler, Keira Lefler, Sasha Goolsby; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Cliffton "Cookie" will be held at Neal Funeral Home on February 10, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Saturday, February 11, 2017, at 11:00 am.
There will be a gathering of friends and family at "Cookie's" home after the service.
