Curtis Dale Bairfield

Curtis Dale Bairfield, a retired truck driver known for his down-to-earth nature and love for life's simple pleasures, passed away on February 19, 2025, in Beaumont, Texas. Born on January 7, 1961, in Diboll, Texas, Curtis lived a life shaped by resilience and the cherished moments he spent with his family.

Throughout his life, Curtis found joy in the little things—whether it was enjoying a warm cup of coffee or indulging in a cheeseburger at his favorite diner. He had a profound appreciation for family gatherings, where laughter and connection thrived. Despite encountering challenges, Curtis approached life with a remarkable spirit that endeared him to all who knew him.

He leaves behind his loving daughter, Jennifer Bolton and her husband Randy; his son, Samuel Wilkerson; his brother, Roger Bairfield and wife Doris; and his sister, Rita Davidson and husband Mark. Curtis is also remembered by other loving relatives and a host of friends whose lives he touched.

Curtis was preceded in death by his parents, James Bairfield and Billie Cook, along with his brother, Billy James Bairfield, and sister, Barbara Ann Bairfield. Their memories continue to live on through the legacy he built, rooted in love, simplicity, and connection. His departure leaves a void in the hearts of his family and friends, who will carry forward his spirit of warmth and kindness.
