David Dwayne Hood of Porter, TX was a caring son, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He left this world on July 9, 2024 at the age of 46.
David was born March 9,1978 to his parents David Hood and Susan Wells in Houston, TX. After graduating from Nimitz High School he excelled in sales working for multiple companies.
David's first loves were watching wrestling and collecting baseball cards. He also developed a love for poker and spent countless hours playing with his friends Michael and Tommy where they used their baseball cards in lieu of money.
At a young age David became obsessed with Rap music and he modeled his appearance after his idol Vanilla Ice from his haircut to his clothes. His love for rap music eventually led to him living out his dream when he became the official Mo Thugs South road manager and merchandise supervisor. He loved every minute of touring with Bino Mo Thugs South and the Mo Thugs family.
David also had a love for cars and driving however driving did not love him. His motto was “But did you die?” If you know you know!
David had a passionate love affair with food and his favorites were Chinese, Mexican, crawfish, and of course desserts.
