David Daniel Murphy

David Daniel Murphy, 71, of Shepherd, Texas passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015. He was born on Sunday, January 02, 1944 in Beaumont Texas to Jack Allen Murphy and Rena Mae (Miller) Murphy, both of whom have preceded him in death.
David was also preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Jim Redden; sister, Edna Mae Murphy; great granddaughter, Alecia Murphy; In-laws, Luke and Ladys Kyle; sister-in-law, Rosemary Cockrum.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Sherry Murphy, children, David L. Murphy and wife Misty, Sheila Lackey, Tammy Murphy and John McDermont, Michael Murphy and wife Kandy; Daniel Murphy and wife Kimberly, Misty Elmore and husband Jason; two brothers, Charles Murphy and wife Mary, Leon Murphy and wife Susan; two sisters, Ellen Redden and Dorothy Murphy. 15 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren. Numerous other loving family and treasured friends.
Visitation for David will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Monday evening, June 29, 2015 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be at Neal Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Farley Chapel Cemetery, Shepherd. Officiating, Reverend Charles Murphy.
