Dixie Lee Gordon,76, passed away on Friday, July 19, 2013 in Kingwood, Texas. She was born on Monday, August 31, 1936 in Jasonville, Indiana. Dixie was preceded in death by her son, Todd Michael Atkins; father, Charles R. Majors, mother, Juanita Maxine Sarvis-Spicer; great-grandchild, Karis Lynne Woods; Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 41 years Donald Gordon; 11precious children, Theresa Atkins, Tim Atkins, Ted Atkins, Tab Atkins, Tamara Brooks, Brian Gordon, Kent Gordon, Tamara Gordon, Tracie Fitzugh, Tonya Hoffman and Donald Gordon Jr.; 39 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren; sisters, Judith Bishop and Joyce Goleman; Numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Dixie will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Monday July 22, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at Neal Funeral Home on, Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Internment for Dixie will immediately follow at Cleveland Memorial Cemetery. Officiating, Pastor Larry Dangerfield and Pastor Curtis Gordon.
