Donald "Don" Ray Adkison

Donald "Don" Ray Adkison of Cleveland, Texas was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on July 31, 2016. Don was born January 23, 1947 in Mansfield, Louisiana to Herman and Ollie Inez Adkison both of whom preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death are his brothers, Clyde Adkison, Larry Paul Adkison, and Olan Adkison; sisters, Cecil L. Spurlock, Inez Fisher, and Deloris A. Gates. Surviving him is his loving wife of 48 years Suzie Adkison; two children, Ricky Adkison and wife Terry Lynn, DeAnna Jordan and husband Brandon; grandchildren, Brittany Adkison, Zachary Adkison, Garrett Hawthorne, Breanna Jordan, Annalyse Jordan, and Trini Jordan; great grandchild, Tyler Hawthorne. Visitation will be at Neal Funeral Home on August 4, 2016 from 6-9pm. The service will be at The Sanctuary of Cleveland, Texas on August 05, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. with internment to immediately follow at Morgans Cemetery. Officiating the service is Reverend Kevin Howard and Reverend Douglas Hollie. All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
