Elias is survived by his loving parents, Fabian and Rocio Garcia, brother's, Fabian Garcia Jr., and Eduardo Garcia; grandparents, Martin and Rita Hernandez, and Santiago and Maria Garcia, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
