Left to cherish his memory is his loving parents and treasured friends. Visitation for Evan will be held at Neal Funeral Home on January 20, 2017, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Friday, January 20, 2017, at 2:00 pm. Interment for Evan will immediately follow at Cleveland Memorial Cemetery. Pastor Jose Vargas officiating.
