Franklin Kelly Mosbrucker

Franklin Kelly Mosbrucker, 63, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2017. He was born on Tuesday, February 23, 1954, in Bismarck, N.D., to Philip Mosbrucker and Helen Schaner Mosbrucker, both of whom have preceded him in death. Franklin was also preceded in death by his brother, James Mosbrucker; and sister, Shirley Serenko. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Gail Marie Mosbrucker; loving children, Jesse Richard, Kelly Marie Rollins and husband, Grant, and Dustin James; brother, Richard Mosbrucker; sisters Carol Ereth, and Darlene Littke; grandchildren Ann Elise Rollins, and Robert Lane Rollins; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends.
All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
