Harold Richard DeBell

Harold Richard DeBell, 71, passed away Thursday, August 8, 2013 in Kingwood, Texas. Harold was born in Keene, New Hampshire on Saturday, May 16, 1942 to Arthur Raymond DeBell and Ruby Mytrie (Russell) DeBell whom have preceded him in death. Harold is also preceded in death by his brothers, Reginald DeBell, Arthur DeBell, and Harry DeBell; sister Ruby DeBell. Left to cherish his memories are his son Harold DeBell Jr., of Keene, New Hampshire and twin-brother Bernard Russell DeBell of Houston, Texas and numerous other loving family and cherished friends. All arrangements were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
