Helen Jane Franklin

Helen Jane Franklin 84, passed away on Saturday July 27, 2013 in Shepherd, Texas. She was born on Friday, November 30, 1928 in Houston, Texas to and John and Edith Fisher, both of whom have preceded her in death, she is also preceded in death by her brothers, Buggie Fisher, John Fisher, Jr. and Herbie Joe Fisher along with her sister Edith Ebard. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 68 years Homer Franklin; sons Johnny Lee Franklin, Larry Wayne Franklin; grandchildren; Jeremy Franklin and wife Valerie, Larry Wayne Franklin Jr.; 8 other grandchildren, along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Helen will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Tuesday July 30, 2013 from 12 pm to 2 pm funeral services will be held immediately following the visitation. Burial will immediately follow at Farley Chapel Cemetery. Pastor Joe Scott officiating. Family request in lieu of flowers donations to help cover final expenses be made to Neal Funeral Home. All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
