James I Goldsmith

James Irwin Goldsmith, 77, of New Caney, Texas passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014 in Shepherd, TX doing what he loved "Flying". He was born on Monday, March 16, 1936 in Black River Falls, Wisconsin to Merle and Avis Goldsmith, both of whom have preceded him in death. James was also preceded in death by his 3 brothers and 2 sisters; Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 59 years Dottie Goldsmith; Children James Goldsmith Jr of Bellaire, Texas, Debbie Wootten husband Troy of Porter, Texas; Donald Goldsmith of New Caney, Texas; Grandchildren Thomas, Katrina, Johnny, Steven, Jeremiah, Dana, Jason; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for James will be held at Neal Funeral Home Chapel on Monday February 24, 2014 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Funeral Services for James will be held on Tuesday February 25, 2014, at 10:00 am at Neal Funeral Home Chapel. Interment for James will immediately follow at Brookside Cemetery. All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
