James Warren Smith Sr

James "J.W" Warren Smith 69, passed away on Monday, February 4, 2013 in Cleveland, Texas.

He was born on Sunday, July 25, 1943 in Cleveland, Texas to Warren Alexander Smith and Mollie Jeffcoat Smith, both of whom have preceded him in death. James was also preceded in death by his son, Harold Gene Smith, brothers, Walter Smith, Earnest Smith, George William Smith, Donald Ray Smith; sisters, Olah Kate Gentry, Luretta Moody; grandchild, Kaydee Smith.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Loretta Smith; children Lena Smith Havard and husband Sank, James W. Smith, Jr. and wife Cathy, Angela Gail Smith Land, George A. Smith and wife Athena, Edwin A. Smith; sisters Avis Smith Harp and husband Dick, Ellen Smith Enloe, Lillie Mae Smith Dockery; grandchildren Crystal and Nancy Land, Catherine Land Fleetwood and husband Andrew, Kimberly Land, Christi Land Hicks and husband Chase, Justin A. Smith, Tyler W. Smith, Brooklyn Smith, Kaylee Smith, Kourtney Smith; great-grandchildren Cheyenne Thompson, Brandon Thompson, Andrew C. Fleetwood, Jr., Austin Fleetwood, Autumn Fleetwood, Texas Youngblood, Katy Hicks, Justin B. Smith; along with numerous other loving family and friends.
Visitation for James will be held at Neal Funeral Home on February 9, 2013 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Funeral Service will commence at 11:00 am. Officiating is Reverend Holifield and Reverend Troy Moore. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Neal Funeral Home to help cover funeral expenses. All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
