Jeff was born Friday, February 11, 1977, in Cleveland, Texas to Clark Ray Hughes, and Donia Lynn (Blasingame) Brooks. He is preceded in death by his step father, Robert Brooks; niece Kayla Wisenbaker; uncle, Paul Blasingame; grandparents, Solon and Lila Blasingame. He is survived by his mother, Donia Lynn Brooks; sister, Melissa Norsworthy, and husband Jimmy; nieces and nephews, Brooke Diaz, Stormy Wisenbaker, and Austin Wisenbaker; great-nephew Amuro Diaz; aunts and uncles, Norman and Delicia Blasingame, Gary Blasingame, and Suzy and Mannan Rice.
