Jerry "Jay" Lane Smith

Jerry "Jay" Lane Smith, 71, of Conroe, Texas, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2017. He was born on Wednesday, March 6, 1946, in Flynn, Texas, to Henry Lane Smith and Lois Raye (Warner) Smith, both of whom have preceded him in death. Jerry "Jay" was also preceded in death by his sons, Jerry Vincent Smith and Kelly R. Smith; brother, Kenneth Ray Smith. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Carol Sue Smith; daughter, Joy Faye Gray and husband Rodney; sons, David Michael Frame and wife Cathleen, Wesley Smith and wife, Steven Clyde Baxter and wife Trista; brother, Danny Joe Smith and wife Theresa; 12 loving grandchildren; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends.
