Jerry Vincent Smith

Jerry Vincent Smith, 47, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Monday, May 4, 2015. He was born on Sunday, February 4, 1968 in Houston, Texas. Jerry was preceded in death by his brother, Kelly Smith, uncle, Kenneth Smith, grandfathers, Henry Smith and Demetro Martino. Left to cherish his memory are his loving parents, Jerry and Carole Smith; grandmothers, Lois Smith and Sue Martino; brothers, Wesley Smith, David Frame and Steve Baxter; sisters, Joy Gray and Jennifer Smith; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. A memorial Service for Jerry will be held at Christian Life Center on Friday 05/22/2015 at 7 pm
