Jimmie Cole

Jimmie Marshall Cole, 77, passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2012 in Cleveland, Texas. Jimmie loved to fish and hunt. He retired after 38 years with Southwestern Bell. He was a member of the CWA Union. He loved being PawPaw to his grandchildren.
Jimmie was born Sunday, September 15, 1935, in Tarkington, Texas to Wyatt Cole and R.V. Cole, both of whom precede him in death. Jimmie was also preceded in death by his son Steve Cole; daughter Hope Wakefield and sister Mildred Barnett.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 19 years Rue  Cole; sons Billy and wife Vickie Cole, Justin and wife Donna Cole, Haney and wife Kim Robertson, Heath and wife Kathy Robertson; daughter Holly and husband Mike Wakefield;  sisters Mary Carnes, Stella and husband Charles Ray Parten; grandchildren Crystal, Cayla, Cori, Cody, Kelsey, Kolton, Kaedon, Kaitlyn, Kevin, Kyler, Chloe, Connor and Cailei; great-grandchildren Presley, Hollie, Kaleb, Alyssa, Travis, Chelsie, Cassie and Preston; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
Visitation for Jimmie will be held Friday, October 5, 2012 at Neal Funeral Home from 6-9pm.
Service for Jimmie will be held Saturday at Boothe Cemetery at 10 am. Officiating is Pastor Jimmie Charles. All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
