Joan Sims Gay

Joan Sims Gay, 73, of Chattanooga, Tennessee went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 19, 2017. She was born on Tuesday, August 10, 1943 in Daytona Beach, Florida to Lawton Sims and Ethel Wilkes Sims, both of whom have preceded her in death. Joan was also preceded in death by her daughter, Stephanie McShan. Left to cherish her memory is her loving daughter, Sabrina and husband Stephen Herndon; grandchildren, Logan McShan and wife Darrian, Jacob McShan, Hunter Herndon and Megan Herndon; great-grandchild, Cason McShan; son in law, Michael McShan; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Joan will be held at Neal Funeral Home on June 24, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Graveside Services will be held at Rosewood Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 26, 2017.
