Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Astrid Lizbeth Vega; son Izic Mathew Vega; daughter Theresa Leeann Vega; mother Rosario Maria Ortiz; sisters Liliana Vega, Claudia Marina Villalobos; brothers Luis E. Villalobos, Sergio Hernandez, Joshua Lee Blanton, Daniel Pineda; nieces and nephews Giselle Villalobos, Xitlaly Dominguez, Jorge Dominguez; Numerous other treasured friends and family.

Visitation for Joel will be held Friday, November 2, 2012 from 5-9 pm at Neal Funeral Home, with a rosary at 7 pm. Visitation at St. John's of the Cross New Caney, Texas will begin at 8:00 am until 8:45 am. Mass will commence at 9:15 am.
All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
