Leroy Edwin Schulz

Leroy Edwin Schulz, 71, of Shepherd, Texas passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2013 in Shepherd, Texas. He was born on Saturday, September 12, 1942 in Giddings, Texas to Wilhelm Rudolph Schulz and Annie (Williams) Schulz, both of whom have preceded him in death. Leroy was also preceded in death by his; son, Leroy Thomas (Tommy) Schulz; brothers, Willie Schulz, Wilburn Lee Schulz, Lawrence Schulz, Charlie Schulz; sisters, Mary Miller and Stella Schulz. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Charlene Schulz; daughters, Ann Rosales and husband Mauricio, Lora Pereida, Carol McCool, Sharon Herbert and Angela McAnally, Ariana Foxworth and husband Royce; son, Edwin Schulz and wife Christy; sisters, Dora Redden, Nelda Hennenger, JoAnn Akenson, Betty Peters, Linda Martinez and Rosa Lee Ash; along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation for Leroy will be held at Shepherd United Pentecostal Church on September 19, 2013 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Funeral Services for Leroy will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at Shepherd United Pentecostal Church at 1:00 pm. Interment for Leroy will immediately follow at Farley Chapel Cemetery. Pastor Greg Gerald officiating. All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
