Linda Sue Mitchell

Linda Sue Mitchell, 70, of Dayton, Texas passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2018. She was born on Friday, October 3, 1947 in Grosebeck, Texas to John Henry Mitchell and Annie Nell Mitchell. Linda was preceded in death by her father, John Henry Mitchell, and brother, Von Mitchell. Left to cherish her memory is her loving spouse David Mitchell; children, Barbara Loraine Cates and husband Shane, John Hamilton Foster and wife Cathy; step children, Robert DeWayne Mitchell and wife Laura, and Amber Irene Smith and husband Wayne; sisters, Brenda Savell and husband Mike, Barbara Nell Boren and husband Ray; 5 grandchildren; 7 step grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and 9 step great-grandchildren; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Linda will be held at Neal Funeral Home on January 22, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Funeral Services will commence on Monday, January 22, 2018 at Neal Funeral Home at 7:00 pm. Interment for Linda will follow on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Blue Ridge Cemetery, Kosse, Texas. Pastor Tim Spaulding officiating.
