Mary Louise Shay

Mary Louise Shay, 79, of Splendora, Texas passed away quietly in her home on Saturday, November 30, 2013. She was born on Saturday, June 30, 1934 in Fredonia, Kansas to Ebert Cummings and Laura Donia (Steincepher) Cummings, both of whom have preceded her in death. Mary was also preceded in death by her son, Ernest Wayne Shay; brother, Gordon Cummings; sister, Lois Scott; grandson, Brandon Wayne Shay; Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 59 years William "Bud" Shay; sons, William "Billy" Shay, Ronnie Shay and wife Rhonda; grandchildren, Stephanie Shay, Jennifer Shay and John Bice, Ashley Shay and Lori Shay; great-grandchildren, Rylie, Brooke and Kelsey; nephews, Rob Cummings and Lane Scott along with numerous other extended family and treasured friends. Visitation for Mary will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 04, 2013 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Graveside Services will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2013 at Morgan Cemetery at 11:00 am. Glen Mead will officiate all services.
