Melvin Paige

Melvin Paige, 68, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Friday, May 23, 2014. He was born on Monday, September 17, 1945 in Anderson, South Carolina to Griffin Newton and Annie Mae (Campbell) Paige, both of whom have preceded him in death. Melvin was also preceded in death by his brothers, Griffin Paige Jr, David Paige, Billy Paige, and Charles Paige, sister, Sara Johnson Yarborough; Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 33 years Marilyn Paige; children, Melvin Paige Jr (Peanut) of Belton, South Carolina, Shawna Stinson and husband Luke of Conroe, Texas, Cody Paige of Cleveland, Texas, Kassadi Parish and husband Ryan of Cleveland, Texas; sister, Evelyn Huffman and husband Don of Timmonsville, South Carolina; mother-in-law, Betty Campbell; Grandchildren, Travis Paige, Brycen Parish, Trager Stinson and Ryder Stinson; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Sunday, May 25, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 26, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Oak Shade Cemetery in Cleveland, Texas. Brother Jerry Bontrager officiating.
