Milton Davis

Milton Davis passed away at his home in Romayor, Texas on Sunday, January 28, 2018, at the age of 72. Milton is preceded in death by his parents, Mitchell, Sr. and Iris Davis; brother, Willie E. Davis; and sister, Shirley Davis Jones; grandparents, Tom Davis, Lottie B. Smith, Willie Ford and Alberta Smith; aunt, Ella B. Gordon and several nephews and nieces. Milton is survived by his devoted wife Doris Marie Davis of 42 years. Milton is lovingly remembered by his wife Doris. Others survivors to cherish loving memories are sons, Rodney Paul Davis and Cory Dewayne (Patrice) Davis; daughter, Sherry Lynn Davis (Gregory) Peace; honorary daughter, Dorothy Jean Jones; siblings, Leola (Douglas) Jackson, Creola Green, Walter (Dell) Davis, Mitchell (Linda) Davis, Jr., Bennie Ray Davis, Shelia Davis and Helen (Huey) Gray; aunt, Pearl B. Jackson, and a host of nephews, nieces and cousins; grandsons, Dominick Davis, Dewayne M. Peace, Gregory Peace, II; granddaughter, Brianna Simone Davis; and great-grandson, Sebastian Alistair Davis; in-laws, Ollie Milson, Wanda Davis, Rose Culbertson, Gwen Rhodes, Cora Lee Reed, Clinton Jones and Johnny Jones. Funeral Services for Milton will be Saturday, February 3, 2018, at Neal Funeral Home, at 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, February 05, 2018, at 10:45 a.m., at Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Special tribute read by niece, Phyllis Renee Jones. Officiating Pastor Kenneth Davis and Pastor Curley Lastor.
