Nannie Bell Arrendell

Nannie Bell Arrendell, 97, of Conroe, Texas passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2016. She was born on Monday, September 30, 1918 in Cleveland, Texas to James C. Carter and Alberta Justina (Sloan) Carter, both of whom have preceded her in death. Nannie was also preceded in death by her spouse, Clyde Benard Arrendell; daughter, Lillian Pearl Barber; brothers, James and Johnny Carter; sisters, Emma and Norene Carter, Left to cherish her memory is her loving daughter, Valna Ann Elliott; brothers, Alton Cat Carter and wife Liz, Floyd Carter and wife Geneva; grandchildren, Connie Jo Mauldin, Joel Craig Elliott and wife Susan, Dean Elliott, Scott (Chip) Cheatham and wife Shelly. Numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Nannie will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Thursday, June 02, 2016 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Friday, June 03, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will immediately follow service, Montague Cemetery off of FM 1725 in Cleveland.
