Rebecca S. Cargle, 42, of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Friday, September 18, 2015. She was born on Saturday, January 13, 1973 in Knoxville, Tennessee to Jimmy R Loop and Robin Loop. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband Steve Cargle; parents, Jimmy R. Loop and Robin McCorral; daughter, Jessica Pulver; two sons, Mitchell Pulver, Timothy Teague; daughter by choice, Brittney Cargle. along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Rebecca will be held at Neal Funeral Home on September 22, 2015 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Funeral Services will follow at 7:00 pm. Pastor Michael Stewart officiating.
