Richard Paul Kay

Richard Paul Kay, 49, passed away on Friday August 19, 2016 in Humble, Texas. He was born Thursday June 01, 1967 in Lufkin, Texas. Richard is preceded in death by his dad, Jesse Loving and sisters, Theresa Gail Loving and Cynthia Diane Turner. Richard is survived by his mother, Wanda Loving; children, Ricky Kay, and Brandon Kay; brothers, Bobby Kay and wife Beth Ann, Jesse Loving and wife Cindy; grandchildren, Lillian, Quentin, Trenton, and Brody along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and treasured friends. A memorial service for Richard will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Saturday September 17, 2016, 10 AM. All arrangements were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
