Robert "Bo" Penton

Robert "Bo" Penton, 79, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2013 in Shepherd, Texas. He was born on Thursday, December 14, 1933 in Houston, Texas to Allen A Penton and Julie (Bonin) Penton, both of whom have preceded him in death. Bo was also preceded in death by his brothers, George Penton, Jack Penton, and James "Rusty" Penton; sister, Gerald Dean Cherry, Mary McMaster, Deannie Wood and Telia Penton; Left to cherish his memory is his loving spouse of 52 years Oleta Penton; beloved children, Acie A. Penton, Lee Ann Penton-Walker and husband Rodney; his treasured grandchildren, Joshua Beau Penton , Chanel Walker and fiancé Jason ; along with numerous other loving family and wonderful friends. Bo loved to hunt, and play "42" with friends and family he was dearly loved and will truly be missed. Visitation for Bo will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Sunday, June 16, 2013 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral Services for Bo will be held on Monday, June 17, 2013 at Plum Grove Baptist Church at 10:00 am. Interment will follow immediately at Plum Grove Cemetery. Officiating services will be Reverend Lloyd Wells.
