He was born on Friday, May 23, 1958 in McAllen, Texas to Rupert Frase and Lucy (Lickteig) Frase. Alan is preceded in death by his father, Rupert Frase and niece, Lori Ann Preston; Left to cherish his memory is his; mother, Lucy Frase; sisters, Roxanne Greenway and husband Donald, Melissa Kuykendall and husband Jim; nephew, Chuck Phillips, along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends follow at. All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
