Sandra S Fowler

Sandra Sue Fowler, 64, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2016. She was born on Tuesday, March 11, 1952 in Weslaco, Texas to Allen Wade Barnes and Modesta (Hinojosa) Barnes, both of whom have preceded her in death. Sandra was also preceded in death by her brother, Allen Wade Barnes, Jr.; sister, Mary Shaw Barnes. Left to cherish her memory is her Loving husband Benjamin Herald Fowler; two sons, Eric Morgan, Jeff Morgan and wife Tracey; brother, Joe Barnes and wife Patricia; two grandchildren, Erica Marie Morgan, and Kamrin Sullivan; two great-grandchildren, Lexxi Morgan, and Riley Grace Roach; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Graveside services for Sandra will be at Brookside Memorial Park, Friday October 7, 2016, 10 am. Eric Morgan officiating.
All services were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
