Sandra Olsen Racicot

Sandra Olsen Racicot, 64, of Livingston, Texas, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2016. She was born on Friday, April 18, 1952, in Conroe, Texas to Edward Glen and Billie Frances Payne, both of whom have preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Larry Payne. Left to cherish her memory is her loving daughter, Tamara Olsen Beshears and husband Steve; brothers, Edward Payne, Jr., Randy Payne and wife Debbie; sisters, Cynthia Smith and husband Terry, Katherine Phillips; grandchildren, Kelsey and Austin Griffis; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Sandra will be held at Neal Funeral Home on November 12, 2016 from 10:00 am to Noon.
