Theresa Lynnette Hagerman

Theresa Lynnette Hagerman of Cleveland, Texas passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2016. She was born on May 14, 1970 in Elgin, Illinois to Ronald and Patricia Ann Clay- Horton. Theresa was preceded in death by her aunts, Patsy Matthews, and Barbara Lamb, cousin, Jeff Kramer; grandparents, Casey, and Thelma Horton, DC, and Verlene Clay.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Ernest Hagerman; beloved children, Patricia Horton, Samantha Jackson, William Henry, and Russell Jackson III; brothers, Roger Horton, Casey Horton, and wife Kelly; her parents, Ronald and Patricia Horton; sister, Terri Atkinson, and husband Ron; grandchildren, Marcus, and Michael Ramirez, Jacob, and Jadahlyn Barron, Jason Henry. Numerous other loving family and treasured friends. The family ask that Donations be made to the Cancer Awareness Association.
Visitation for Theresa will be at Neal Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, January 21, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held at Neal Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, January 22, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. Officiating, Pastor Timothy Magee
