Thomas Elton Lowe Jr

Thomas Elton Lowe Jr. MD was born in Houston, Texas on January 13, 1937 and passed away January 25, 2020 at the age 83. He attended the University of Houston and graduated from Tulane University in 1962. He was a physician for over 50 years. Thomas served his country as a captain in the US ARMY from 1963-1965. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Elton Lowe Sr. and Evelyn Althea Reisig Lowe; wife Ann Louise Clark Lowe on February 21, 2017. He is survived by his step daughters, Barbara Westphal and Christi Westphal; brothers, Ronald Lowe and Robert Lowe; granddaughter, Courtney Westphal. Thomas will be missed by all the patients he has served throughout the 50 plus years.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for Thomas on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at the Holiday Inn Meeting Room in Cleveland, Texas from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
