William Riley Vann

William "Riley" Vann, 61, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2017. He was born on Thursday, November 3, 1955 in Conroe, Texas, to Loyd Riley Vann and Dorothy Elizabeth (Risner) Vann, both of whom have preceded him in death. Riley was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Debbie Kay Vann. Left to cherish his memory is his loving daughters, Jennifer Faith Vann Clifton, Tiffany Nichole Vann Nye; brother, Lloyd Randall "Randy" Vann; sister, Norma Faye Vann Wisdom Herrera; grandchildren, Trenton Riley, Kirsten Nichole, Johnny Ray, Gaven William, Derek Alan, Kensley Mary-Kay; great-grandchild, Hudsen Dwayne; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Riley will be held at Neal Funeral Home on April 13, 2017, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Friday, April 14, 2017, at 10:00 am. Interment for Riley will immediately follow at Magnolia Cemetery. Reverend Tobey Clements officiating.
