Wilma Antoinette Webber aka Sister and Ramblin Rose.
4/13/38 to 9/12/13
Mrs. Webber of Shepherd,Texas was 75 years young. Her career spanned from pumping gas at her Dads service station in Houston's 5th ward, to her own catering business, and then to her move to California where she found her 1st job as an assembly worker at an aircraft parts mfg plant in Sun Valley. She applied her management and people skills and rose quickly to management positions throughout the electronics (semiconductor) industry. She eventually migrated all of her children into the industry and worked as hard as any man until she was disabled by a brain injury.
For a woman with no education and no formal training she applied her street smarts and common sense and her drive to ensure to all men that she could do anything as good or better than them. Having her 1st child at age 16 did not deter her desire to work hard and be successful in life.
She was also a biker when it was rare for a woman to ride a full dressed Harley and survived a few spills with only bumps and bruises including being rear ended by a car at 60+ mph.
She survived being beaten, stabbed, cut, shot, 5 strokes, cancer, heart failure, a near life ending aneurysm, and many other illnesses and procedures as well to tower above it all until this final stroke was just too much. The human body and spirit can endure anything the owner of it is determined to beat, almost. She had just become to frail to overcome this final illness. She slipped away peacefully with her family at her side.
She was torn by the fact that she didn't get to be the mother she would have liked to have been but marched forward and eventually joined the LDS church and found peace in her heart through her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Preceded in death by Father Ben (Bigfoot), Mother Zoe and Stepmother Katy. Sisters Bea Florine, Zanna Lee and Ellen and Brothers Ben and John. Husband and Father of her children, Archie Levell and Daughter Mary Louise. Daughter in law Carolyn Jean and Grandson Blaise Levell.

Husband Richard.
Children Lawrence,Benjamin Levell,Marvin,Kathy and Bea Florine.
Grandchildren Jean Antoinette, Frances, Lawrence, Ginger Lavelle and Randy.

She was respected and loved by many and her generosity, even on her fixed income continued until this final illness. Anyone in a jam could count on her to help them in their time of need.
